 Harry Franklin Pugh, Sr. was born on September 20, 1933 at 1014 J Street in a little town called Sparrows Point.  He passed away on December 10, 2014. He was a two-time, record breaking gold medalist track star, husband, father and steelworker. This is his story. Rest In Peace Dad!
